Day 1: Uluru
We'll pick you up around 6 am where we begin your outback journey of a lifetime! We travel to Uluru, along the way stopping at the Camel Farm for your FREE camel ride. After lunch, we head to the Cultural Centre for an insight into the flora, fauna and the local Aboriginal people of the Red Centre. We take you on a short guided interpretive walk at the base of Uluru. We then head off to watch the spectacular Uluru sunset while enjoying a glass of bubbly with nibbles. Then it’s back to our camp to enjoy a hearty meal, a hot shower and a night under the stars.

Day 2: Kata Tjuta and Kings Creek Station
Enjoy an early breakfast before watching the sunrise over Uluru, then it’s off to Kata Tjuta for a walk through the Valley of the Winds. After lunch, we travel to Kings Creek Station viewing the beautiful George Gill Range along the way. Here we enjoy an outback BBQ dinner and laughs around the campfire under the incredible outback sky. Later, get into your swags for another perfect view of the stars.

Day 3: Kings Canyon
Another early start, after breakfast taking on the spectacular Kings Canyon rim walk. We will visit the North and South walls, The Garden of Eden, as well as the Natural Amphitheatre. After this amazing walk, we hit the road starting the journey back to Alice Springs. We arrive back in Alice late afternoon.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 6am.
Ayers Rock Airport Pick up at 1 pm or 2pm. Outback pioneer lodge between 12:30 and 12:45pm
We will pick up from all Alice Springs accommodation between 6 - 6:15 am. Please advise of pick up location upon booking!
Optional Sleeping bag hire is $20, payable to the driver on the day.

This tour is ideal for those wishing to experience the real Outback! Long days and basic camping mean that there is an age limit of 18-49 years old on this tour. This trip is geared towards young, adventurous travellers with moderate fitness who are ready to explore all the Red Centre has to offer. Group participation makes up a lot of this trip, so you'll be required to help with preparation of meals and cleaning up. These are the kind of tasks that bring a group closer together.
A swag is a bedroll made of canvas with a mattress inside. You can put your sleeping bag inside and zip it up and have a perfect view of the stars. You may bring your own sleeping bag or there is an optional hire for an extra $20.
What to bring:
Small backpack (travel light and feel free), Hat/Sunscreen, a decent pair of walking shoes, Water bottle, Towel & toiletries, Swimsuit, Warm clothes in winter!
