Is this tour right for you?
Most people on our tours are between 18 to 45 years of age and International travellers. If you are young at heart &reasonably fit you will fit right in. Group participation makes up a lot of this trip, so you'll be required to help with preparation of meals and cleaning up. These are the kind of tasks that bring a group closer together.
Your accommodation is a combination of basic camping and swags. We do have tents at both Ayers Rock Campground and Kings Creek Station. Most campers choose to sleep in their swag under the stars as you do on the 1st night. We offer you a real Aussie outback experience sleeping in a swag under the stars. You simply put your sleeping bag inside & get cosy around the campfire sleeping under a million stars. A swag is made out of heavy-duty canvas, sewn into a cocoon-like bag providing warmth, comfort and security - the ultimate of all bush beds! They have a 2 inch thick comfy mattress. You sleep inside your sleeping bag inside your swag so your body heat is trapped inside your sleeping bag and swag. A lot warmer than a tent!
What to bring:
